Rotary Lunch & Learn Series: Membership Matters

Join us for the launch of our monthly  Rotary Lunch & Learn Series, a new interactive learning opportunity designed to strengthen our club, support member engagement, and build a thriving Rotary experience for everyone.

Held on (or about) the first Friday of each month via Zoom, these informal lunchtime sessions will explore topics connected to membership, connection, leadership, and club vitality. Together, we will learn practical tools, share ideas, and create alignment around how we welcome, engage, and retain members while living out Rotary’s values of service and fellowship.

This series is part of our ongoing club growth and change initiative and also serves as a supportive learning space for:

• New member onboarding

• Current member engagement

• Leadership development

• Understanding Rotary culture, opportunities, and impact

Each session will include a short learning segment followed by discussion and shared insights. Whether you are new to Rotary or a longtime member, your perspective is valuable and helps shape the future of our club.

Bring your lunch, your curiosity, and your ideas as we learn together and continue building a stronger Rotary community.

Who should attend:
All members — especially new members, prospective leaders, and anyone interested in strengthening our club experience.
