Grants

The Mount Vernon Rotary Club has been serving the greater Skagit community for nearly 100 years. Our mission of Leadership ~ Literacy ~ Learning and Service is carried out in the projects where we lend our hearts, muscle and dollars. Recent causes and organizations we have supported are:

• $30,000+ in annual scholarships to local students
• Picture dictionaries for each Mount Vernon third grader
• New books each year for SPARC (Skagit Preschool and Resource Center)
• Financial support for local programs helping children
• Support for the Helping Hands Food Bank
• International Projects Association (IPA) working in Copan Honduras
